At P M Delights every cake is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. To ensure your order arrives as fresh and beautiful as when it leaves our kitchen, we follow a precise shipping schedule and use only the highest-quality packaging materials.

Shipping Schedule

Because our cakes are perishable and deserve only the best handling, we currently ship Monday through Thursday only.

• No weekend shipping: To maintain the integrity of our cakes, we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) ET will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Experience

Each cake is carefully packaged with cooling elements to preserve its freshness during transit. Upon arrival, we recommend refrigerating your cake immediately and allowing it to come to room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture. Cakes are best enjoyed 3-4 when refrigerated after delivery, and 3 months when frozen. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery since a signature is not required.

We ship to contiguous U.S. addresses only (we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or internationally at this time). You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped, so you can anticipate your delivery with confidence.

A Note on Freshness & Timing

While we partner with trusted carriers and take every precaution to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather or carrier logistics may occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or weather conditions. Once your cake has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.
