Our cakes are shipped FedEx, UPS or USPS 2 day delivery. Please email us with any special request, we are here to serve you.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for shipment delays due to incorrect address and recipient information. We would appreciate it if you double check all address information, phone number and recipient's name when placing the order. Our goal is to get the cake to you on time. The carrier will leave the cake at the door when they ring the bell or knock, and no one answers.
We cannot be responsible for undeliverable cakes or delays in the receipt of cakes due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, including absence of the recipient.
All sales are final. In the event that you receive a damaged product, you must contact our customer service department at email@example.com.
All claims must be made within 2 days after receipt of the cakes.
